Speaker bio: Tracy Clark received her BSW from Minnesota State University Moorhead and her MSW degree from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. She worked in the areas of mental health and family preservation on the White Earth Reservation for approximately 6 years prior to joining the MSUM faculty in 2001.
