Midwest School Social Work Council ConferenceThe Midwest School Social Work Council is a coalition of eleven Midwestern state associations (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin) for school social workers. Each state association rotates hosting the Midwest School Social Work Conference in their state during the fall. The School Social Work Association of America (SSWAA) was founded in 1994. SSWAA is the only national organization solely dedicated to advancing the profession of School Social Work.
