Presenter Bio: Allison Dahlen serves as the East Metro Regional Navigator under Safe Harbor out of Tubman for the counties of Anoka, Dakota, Chisago, Isanti, Ramsey and Washington. Allison, along with Tubman, serves as the regional expert ensuring youth are connected with services, providing training in the community and workforce and raising awareness around the issue of exploitation.
