Sarah Urban, MSW, LICSW will be facilitating a presentation on Self-Care. Self-care for self, supporting student/scholar self-care and bringing Self-Care PD to your site. After her presentation we will have an activity for members to create their own self-care plan, and round out with guided meditation, then close with any MSSWA updates and networking.

- Wellness Resource Share: walk away with tips and tools to implement in your school virtually and in-person
- Addressing wellness and equity: shift away from self-care to how we support each other as a community
- How to create a wellness culture in your school: weave into SEL, daily practices as a staff, student wellness events and classroom activities
